Have no fear loyal followers.... you can't kill a blog that's already dead.
The fall season is covering us with it's blanket of roasted and toastedness and I am loving it. I have a few skate goods rapidly approaching the Smitty to Feebs headquarters for review. Namely a pair of the new Marc Johnson signature Lakais. I figured it's high time I revisit the skater owned brand, considering I haven't owned a pair since somewhere around 2001. I believe those bad boys had air bags (pockets? capsules?) in the heels and probably had some plastic pieces involved in the upper as well. I remember enjoying their feel all the same. The Marcs looked super sweet and although I was intrigued by the "cashew" colored model, I opted for black. Always bet on black.
I also got some Stance Lakai socks, a Fourstar beanie and a damn grinder from Santa Cruz. It has a rasta flavored Santa Cruz dot on the lid. I will be reviewing the hell out of that little device and follow it up with the shoes and the socks and the hat. In the meantime..... drop me a line. Let me know you're out there awaiting some content. I'll have this blog back up and rocking and rolling in no time. Let's do this!

The other dog is called Tammy. Tammi? Sorry if I'm spelling the name of your dog wrong, Pete and Jess.
Pete and Jess are friends of mine. They are pretty cool. I first met Pete when he became my roomate all of a sudden. One minute I was like, "Who is this Navajo Indian guy?" and he was like " who is this skinhead?" We got along pretty great right off the bat. He is not Navajo.
Cool that these dogs can cold chill in a way.
Chilly dogs.

I took my skateboard to band practice today and I realized it had been a month since I had worked out on the plank. I felt like a dick, but... my wife and I recently decided that dick means "cool."
It all started with a failed text message she had sent to the band. It read, "Sorry, I can't make it, I'm so dick!"
Later she let us know that "dick" meant "sick". Then we joked that dick could be the new slang for "cool". You are soooo DICK!
I did a couple ollies on the way to practice. I ollied a manhole cover on the way home and fell so graceful. A patrolman was at the end of the block. Coppers are still coppers.

Hey, listen... I may not have ever successfully fakie flipped into a fakie manual, but i have for sure fakie ollie manualed a couple of times in my life.
I started the evening thinking about long time bros and even some of the older ones. I always thought that the 2 days before Christmas would bring intense party times. I was NOT wrong. It was great. It felt like a dream.
We will meet again. Goood times dancing, unbridled.

PIZZA BROS. SKATEBOARDS
For a long time I was convinced pizza was the perfect food. Sometimes I still think of pizza in such a fashion.
I think this pizza box would make for a great board graphic.
A slick bottom version of the greasy pizza would be great. I still love pizza after all these years.

I first heard the Smashing Pumpkings in a dorm room. It was hella sick bros! Totally pumped up man.
I wanted to showcase the Girl Mariano 8 inch board because it was the first 8 inch board I bought since....
This conversation is getting weird. Did we discuss all this before?
We will see you next time on ""Power TV"' 1991-2-3-4

Product Reviews
KA-1 signature converse, signature Kenny Anderson shoe.
Pretty cool shoe. The sole is so thin... it feels like a pair of 3 year old chuck taylors. That being said, it also feels really good. Truth be told, if I could have a pair of these sent to my doorstep every two months I'd be stoked. It's a great shoe and really takes the whole "skates great out of the box" claim to a place of truth.
Bones "Pocket" T-shirt.
Hey. What can I say. I was originally looking for a white logo on black and I realized they only had it in small after I had placed the order. My friends.
I called Tanya and told her I NEEDED A LARGER size.
She was all, "We don't have it in black. Only white."
I told her to give it to me in white, large. I'm wearing the shirt right now as I write this review. I guess that makes it a pretty good shirt. I'm putting it up there in my top 75 shirts of all time.
